"You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity using our services.

"Products" refers to prefabricated houses, container homes, and related services.

"Services" includes design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation services.

You may need to create an account for certain services. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

Our products are custom-manufactured based on your specifications. All products are subject to:

• Engineering feasibility and local building codes
• Material availability and manufacturing capacity
• Quality control standards and certification requirements

Orders are processed as follows:

• Quote requests are provided within 48 hours
• Orders require signed contracts and deposit payments
• Production begins after final design approval
• Delivery schedules are confirmed before production

Payment terms for B2B orders:

• 30% deposit upon contract signing
• 40% progress payment during production
• 30% final payment before shipping
• Late payments may incur additional charges

We coordinate global shipping and logistics:

• Shipping costs are calculated separately
• Delivery times depend on destination and customs
• Customer is responsible for local permits and site preparation
• Installation services available in select regions

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Cancellations are subject to production stage and costs incurred
• Returns are evaluated case-by-case for defects or damages
• Custom orders cannot be returned without manufacturer defects

We provide comprehensive warranties:

• Structural warranty: 10 years
• Manufacturing defects: 2 years
• Components and systems: As per manufacturer specifications
• Warranties are void for improper installation or use

Our liability is limited to:

• The purchase price of the products
• Direct damages only, excluding consequential or indirect damages
• Proper installation and use according to specifications

All designs, plans, and proprietary information remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Customers receive usage rights for their specific project only.

Your privacy is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information solely for business purposes and service provision.

Either party may terminate the relationship with appropriate notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, including payments and delivery commitments.
